Clients reviews about 1st Class Lawn Care

We have used 1st class lawn care for the past few years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of work provided. The team has been reliable, professional, and consistent every single visit, keeping our lawn looking neat and well maintained year round. Communication has always been straight forward, they turn up when they say they will, and we’ve never had any issues with the service. It’s been a pleasure dealing with a business that takes pride in its work and delivers such dependable results. The only reason we’re no longer using their service is because we’ve moved house. Otherwise, we would have happily continued as long term customers. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high quality lawn provider. ~ Juan E

Couldn’t recommend Nigel and 1st Class Lawn Care highly enough! From my very first interaction with Nigel on the phone, he was incredibly friendly, genuine and helpful. I explained that we’re currently renting and wanted to improve the lawn without spending a fortune, and he completely understood. He gave me plenty of advice on what I could do myself after the lawn coring, without trying to upsell me or charge for unnecessary extras. His pricing was very fair, and when he came out today to complete the lawn coring, the job took less time than originally expected and Nigel actually reduced the cost accordingly. That sort of honesty is pretty rare and says a lot about the way he runs his business. If you’re looking for a genuine, hardworking and trustworthy lawn maintenance crew, you really don’t need to look any further. 10 out of 5 stars from me. 1000% recommend and would happily use Nigel again. Thanks Nigel you’re a legend! 👏🌱 ~ Zachary L

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are amazing at what they do and always make sure everything is done exactly how we need it. They are professional, reliable and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when they run into obstacles or unexpected issues, they always find a way to get the job done without compromising on quality. It’s hard to find people this dependable these days. We are always so happy with the results and I’m very appreciative for everything they’ve done and the great communication I’ve always received from Nigel! Thank you guys again! ~ Melanie H

Nigel is a legend, an absolute legend. He came out to give me a quote on what i thought was compaction, instead it was a dethatch job which he gave me a rough idea of cost for- or i could do it myself. Told me what to do, what weedkillers, fertilisers and insecticides to use. He absolutely restored my faith in humanity. He could've done the job and took me for a couple of grand, so for him to actually give me advice free gratis, was very refreshing. Thank you Nigel, you are a bloody legend. ~ Dougie K

Highly recommend Nigel and the team at 1st Class. We have been customers for about two years now and have always had a great experience. They are always on time, communicate really well when weather issues require a reschedule, always keep us in the loop especially as seasons change and frequency of our regular mowing needs to scale up/down. Fantastic for the odd jobs as well - Always provides quotes quickly and billing is super easy! Cannot speak highly enough! ~ Cristie K

1st Class Lawn Care recently replaced my front lawn and I couldn't be happier. The initial quoting process and lead-up to the laying of the turf was simple and easy. I've recently had my lawn dethatched, cored and fertilised by 1st Class Lawn Care. They have done a fantastic job. After only 13 days I've had neighbours & passersby comment on the amazing transition my lawn has undergone. There are some sections I've actually had to mow already!! I've also had a neighbour who has watched this transition, ask for Nigels contact details. I coudn't recommend this service more highly. ~ Graham M

Nigel has done my yard and lawns for the last 3-4 years or so. He's always been willing to do anything extra I needed done, such as spraying weeds or cutting back my tree, on top of my regular lawn mowing. Just booking him to come regularly has meant that I never had to worry about making sure my yard was tidy and mowed, it was one less thing I had to take care of because I knew that he'd always be on time and get it done. ~ Storm K
